Windows 10: Écran d'accueil bloquer

Bonjour , Suite à un blocage de tous mon pc , jai forcer l'arrêt de ce dernier puis réinstaller Windows 10 . Depuis , mon ordinateur est bloqué sur l'écran d'accueil. Mon clavier et ma sourit ne réagissent plus . De plus avant l'arrêt forcer ,mon ordinateur a ouvert plein de fenêtre que je n'avais pas demander a ouvrir et que je n'ai bien sur pas lu . Es ce que vous pouvez m'aider svp ? Me suis-je fais pirater ? Ou es ce qu'il y a une solution ?

If the D: is saved on another hard disk and you are unable to access it, I suggest you to format the drive completely and check if the issue is resolved.



To format the hard disk, follow the steps below:

  Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard and select
  Disk management option.

  Right click on the D: drive and select
  Format option.
