Windows 10: why can't i download minecraft education?

I was just at home, and I tried downloading it, but then it showed:0x800B010F.why did this happen?

Minecraft Education not downloading

I've been trying to download Minecraft Education on my Windows device and it is stuck at pending/checking system requirements. The following is a list of things I've tried:

- turned off windows defender firewall

- tried downloading from both the installer executable and from the Microsoft store

- ran installer as administrator

- restarted computer and redownloaded installer

-checked for updates on drivers and computer

For reference, I can download other things from the Microsoft store, but not regular Minecraft. Thanks for any assistance
