Windows 10: Usb windows insulation ssd not showing up.

Hello I recently got a new msi nvme ssd drive, ive done all the basics like initialising the ssd and making sure it works, then when I plug my USB that has the windows installer on it into the pc and start with the insulation process at some point it asks me to select a drive I would like to download windows on and my new msi ssd isn't there. Ive tried reinstalling the usb windows insulation and nothing worked so I came here for help.

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

USB drive doesnt show up, even after a format through windows (XP)

Fresh Windows-install - USB SSD USB A: nothing, need to use USB Type C

I had an issue with an ssd not showing in usb3 port but when I connected it to a usb2 port, it showed up. I then went to device manager and I clicked on driver updates, and just said I let me pick from list of available drivers, selected only option, then ssd showed up in usb3 ports.
