Hello, I have a minor display issue I was hoping someone may know how to fix. The issue is with the way a card playing app displays on my laptop. The laptop resolution setting is 2560x1600 and no other software has had the same issue. The card playing app launches into a window that is very small and very hard to read any text inside the window. It's like the software was designed for a monitor with a 640x480 resolution. Also, the window can't be scaled up or down at the corners or made full screen. This is important because the first window is the lobby, where all the games are listed,

Change the display scale for an individual application

    Hi,

    Windows 11.

I have an old application which does not scale itself. I need it to scale to 125% to be readable -- the font it uses is too small.

    What I'd want:

    Set Windows scale at 100%

    Set the application at 125%

However, I can't seem to find a way to do that. The Properties -> Compatibility -> Change high DPI setting can only go with either system or application.

Is there a way to change the scale of an individual application to scale up?

    Thanks

Windows 10: Application windows are scaled down

    Your scalings are inversed :

The monitor with resolution 1920x1080 should be scaled as 100%
    (unless physically small),
while the monitor with resolution 3440x1440 should be scaled as 150%
(or as whatever scaling makes the desktop text readable).

If any one application is not obeying the scaling rules
and its screen is too small and hard to read,
the following might help in allowing Windows to modify
    the screen :

    • Find the .exe file of the application
    • Right-click it and choose Properties
    • Go to the Compatibility tab
    • Click Change high DPI settings
    • Check Override high DPI scaling behavior
    • Choose System (Enhanced) in the drop-box
    • Click OK twice.
