I have recently changed hardware on my PC and can't reactivate

I have in the past been able to just select which copy of windows to swap my new system in for, but this is not happening this time. There is a device that is shown when I go through the Tshoot but this doesn't resemble the PC I am now using and has another brand of PC in the list attached to the name. I have logged two cases with Microsoft, and both were closed with no correspondence. I have been happily using this PC for years and have a valid copy of windows and have upgrade before and not had issues but no I do and both raising a support request and calling Microsoft has come to nothing.

    :)

  3. Need help reactivate Windows 10 after a hardware change

    Hello,

I've just made a significant hardware change recently. I changed almost everything in my PC except the GPU and storage devices.

I tried to reactivate Windows 10 but got stuck at the "select device" step.

Windows doesn't include my "new" PC in the list.

This is my devices list on Microsoft website:

I have recently changed hardware on my PC and can't reactivate 344bd02f-2bc3-401a-b884-277dc819e8b4?upload=true.jpg

This is the devices list in "Reactivate" screen:

I have recently changed hardware on my PC and can't reactivate 9ddeac3d-547d-450e-b455-c43fb237c2ec?upload=true.jpg

Did i change too many parts and get "disqualified" to re-use my Windows license?

If not, is there anything I can do to reactive my Windows?

Windows Reactivation After Hardware Change (device missing)

After fully changing the hardware of my PC, windows 11 is not activated. l logged in with my Microsoft Account on the machine and tired to troubleshoot it, l tried using the "l changed hardware on this device recently" but in the list of device l can't see my new device even though it can be found in the list of devices at My Microsoft Account.

Why is my device missing and how can l reactive my windows?
