Windows 10: Windows removed the English keyboard, I can't sign in now

When I switched to another language keyboard, I couldnt switch back, I went in settings, removed said keyboard, English one was still there. When I tried to sign in again, the English keyboard was gone and for whatever reason, removed one was the one I was using. Win+Space and on-screen keyboard aren't switching jack and now I'm stuck at sign-in screen

Hi! I Can`t delete english uk keyboard layout. I tried to follow instructions step by step given on elevenforum.com (including removing Keyboard identifier from registry) but after restart I still have two english keyboard layout which is pissing me off.

Removing the English only keyboard

Firstly, thank you for your suggestion.

However, I think you missed my point a bit. I use my computer for work-related things that are all in English, so I want theh default language(language for settings, ui, etc) to still be in English. While setting Korean as the primary language on the list would make me solve the keyboard issue, I believe it would switch all my other options into Korean, which I do not want.

Do you know any solutions to remove the English keyboard, while maintaining English as the primary language for all other tasks?
