Windows 10: Memory Integrity will not remain on after restart.

I have been having issues with turning on my Memory Integrity. It allows it to be turned on, following the recommended restart it goes back off. I have tried locating drivers to delete, looking in event viewer for issues but cannot seem to find a solution. I was going to try enter safe-mode and see if it stays on in safe-mode but my PC wants to be an **** and shows a black screen when in safe-mode. Both with Shift+Restart and forcing safemode. And yes... I did try with my GPU output and Motherboard output. Still no image. Genuinely do not know what to do now.

I've joined the Windows Insider Programme and updated my laptop to 22H2 as this appeared to be the only thing listed that I didn't currently have. It's installed, but when I tried to switch on Memory Integrity from the settings it still scans for incompatible drivers, doesn't seem to find any and then says it needs to restart. And again once I press restart it gets to the Medion logo (just before the windows screen appears) but just hangs there.

On the suggestion you've linked above, Option 2 is "Refresh or Reinstall Windows Defender". Now if I follow this step and delete the Windows Defender folder in the registry as suggested, do I need to reinstall or will Windows do this automatically when I restart? I don't want to go deleting the folder and then finding that I've shot myself in the foot so to speak.

I tried Option 2 and unfortunately this hasn't worked either, my laptop still hangs on the Medion logo without loading Windows after reset. I have to hold the power button to turn off and restart, then it loads Windows succesfully but still with Memory Integrity off.

Option 3 doesn't seem to be the problem as it's not detecting any incompatible drivers.

The message I got was "Memory Integrity can't be turned on. Try resolving any incompatibilities with your drivers.

A brief history

I had this message when I first tried to switch Memory Integrity on. When I did a scan I was notified of three incompatible drivers all relating to Roxio 2010. I use certain features on this ancient piece of software which I find useful. I uninstalled Roxio and tried to start Memory Integrity but it failed giving me the above message again. I did the scan and it did not identify any incompatible drivers but still Memory Integrity remained off leaving me with nowhere further to go.

I tried some suggestions from the web involving listing incompatible drivers via Command Prompt but this got me nowhere as the list was long and did not highlight any drivers that related to my computer. There was also another program suggested (I can't remember the name) which identified and listed the drivers on my computer but did not help me to identify drivers that may affect Memory Integrity
