Windows 10: Why is it after being on windows 11 my pc now crashes sometimes on start up and my xbox...

i have upgraded to windows 11 and it was fine for a good while but over last few months my pc has been crashing on boot sometimes and my xbox games are now crashing too mid playing and i can play steam games all day no problem but i play on xbox and some are just crashing i have tried to repair corrupt files using the command prompt sfc/scamnnow and it repaired what was not working but its still doing it any suggestions because id rather not reset my pc unless i absolutely have to

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc

Xbox PC App Error

We appreciate your response and cooperation regarding this matter. Based on your reply, it appears that you need to enable the Xbox services to ensure that the app is up and running. You may follow the steps below to enable Xbox Live services:

• Press the Start button and type Services on the search box.
• On the list of services, look for Xbox Live Auth Manager,
  Xbox Live Game Save, and Xbox Live Networking Service.

The next steps should be done to the three mentioned services above:

• Right click on the service and select Properties.
• Set the Startup type to Automatic. If the service isn't started, click
  Start.
• Save the changes.
• Launch the Xbox App and sign in to your account again.

Let us know if you are able to sign in after performing the suggested solutions above.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
