Windows 10: PC won’t boot, when starting up the fans are loud and the monitors stay as black screen

This has been an issue for the past few days where i start up my pc the fans are loud and my screens are black. Occasionally i would get into my pc and from then on it would work as normal.last night i had the start up problem and after about 20 tries of trying to boot it up i finally managed to get into my home screen. The problem that followed after was whenever i played a game my fps would stay at 1-10 or the game wouldn’t load at all.I fixed the fps problem by switching the power cable on my monitor with my power cable on my pc and that temporarily fixed the issue for a day. Unresponsive Laptop with black screen and loud fans

Unresponsive laptop with black screen, loud fan noise. I turned my laptop to update and shutdown after some time when i comeback i see a black screen and fans working really loudly.I decided to check if it was oveheated. I checked and it was not! I tried to restart and it wasnt responding to me at all. It bas been 4hours into the night and it is still being loud with its fans. Please help immediately.

 

PC starts but screen always stays Black

I was trying to find out why my new PC always starts with a black screen for about 40 to 50 seconds before starting at the Welcome/sign-in screen. I was testing if the same thing would happen if I tried starting in safe mode. I went to "run/msconif/boot tab and checked start in safe mode. I rebooted and the PC restarted but the black screen never goes away Tried using power button to stop & restarting but black screen stays. It is now over 1 hour with PC on with black screen.

Computer fans spin but black screen

my pc won't boot the fans spin but screen stays black no bootup sound no signal to screen i have already checked that everything is plugged in the right way I just shut down my pc and now I can't start it up
