Windows 10: Microsoft isn't sending any verification codes on my recovery email on my Microsoft...

Whenever i go to log in after i type my email i want to log on and the password it says there has been an unusual activity and that i should type the recovery email out and if it matches i will get a code but it's been literally days that I've been trying and contacting support about it and still i don't get them

Microsoft won't send me verification code emails

Hello,

When I ask for Microsoft to send me an email with the code I need to input to verify it's me, the email just won't arrive.

It happens wether I want to sign in on microsoft.com or Xbox, or when I want to change my password or other information on my account.

I was locked out of my Microsoft account until I finally remembered my password, since I couldn't log in with a code, and now I still can't change my password.

I have checked my spam folder and it's empty.

Other emails from Microsoft that are not verification codes are recieved correctly.

I can still get verification emails to my other Microsoft account, it's just this one.

Is there something I can do to fix this?

Microsoft never sends verification code email

I recently purchased a laptop that had Windows 11 on it, and I created a Microsoft account, but I cannot make any changes to my account because it keeps requiring me to enter a verification code to do anything....

This is a problem because the verification code can only be sent two ways, either to my phone, which has a different number now that I am not able to update, or by Email, which they never actually send to me.

I cannot understand how the company that controls most of the world's computing, cannot figure out how to send an Email message, but it is not coming to neither my Inbox, nor my Spam folder, they are just not sending it to anywhere at all.

I also, cannot contact Microsoft, because they make you choose from a dropdown list of issues that are not related to my problem.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this company now, and wish to Lord Above that I had just spent the extra money to continue using Macintosh for my computing, since Windows has become an ocean of bugs, controlled by an uncaring, incompetent company.

Can someone tell me how to get actual Support from this monolith of a tyrannical company PLEASE, and Thanks in advance!!

Sometimes the code won't be sent until your Account is verified in Settings > Accounts > Your Info.

If that's not it then here are the steps Microsoft recommends for troubleshooting verification Code arrival:

If nothing else works then I'd Contact Microsoft Support at Contact Us - Microsoft Support. Explain the problem to the Virtual Assistant and keep asking for an agent, to get chat or a call back on week days.

Report back results for each step so I know what else to suggest.
