Windows 10: How to fix error: 0x800706f4

When I try to update windows it gives me this error message; There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x800706f4.It also keeps saying im offline when i'm not. It says I'm connected to my wifi.I also am seeing problems in the start menu, some icons aren't showing.I can't connect to my output Audio.I can't run command as an admin.I have no idea what happened, I started my computer this morning like normal and as soon as i logged in, it started giving errors

When i try logging on to my computer a lenevo e460 with Windows 10 pro it gives me code 0x800706f4 and tells me to restart it and see if that fixes the problem but its not so what should i do
