Windows 10: After the KB5060533 Windows cumulative update... THE BUG?

After the KB5060533 Windows cumulative update, it feels like mouse and keyboard aiming in games suddenly became heavy and sluggish. It seems like a bug. What's been changed with input devices? Also the game stutters or experiences frame drops. It’s not a graphics driver issue. I even tried downgrading, but the same symptoms persisted. The only update I had before the issue occurred was Windows itself. Please tell me how to fix this.KB5060533 . . .

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

True. Anyone remembers how long it took to update vanilla Windows 7 with all updates released just 6 months later. It took ages even on high end systems. Windows 10 with cumulative takes like few minutes a year after vanilla was released.
