Windows 10: Received a “Microsoft Security Alert”, is this a scam?

My mother’s laptop “Your window is blocked because it is infected with trojan viruses and it is affecting Microsoft services.” The woman’s voice is repeating the message on a loop. The technical support number is 1-855-550-2599. Is this a scam?

"Internet Security Alert! Code: 055BCCAC9FEC". Does anybody know if this is real or a scam?

That's a fake alert. If you would call that number, the scammers would try to sell you their unneeded "services/products" and they might try to trick you into allowing them access to your computer...
