Windows 10: An HP laptop after Reset and errors still occur

I have an HP laptop that even after finally managing reset the laptop and having to do the start up screen of Windows 11 again like it was brand new, an error that has been occur that has forced the laptop to completely restart continues to persist, ERROR CODE: Driver Verifier DMA Violation, this has happen multiple times, look through many different options and neither option has worked best, any ideas? Currently on the screen to setup windows 11 after doing a reset on the laptop and the crash still continues.

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Resetting my HP laptop

Since it is a new HP laptop and you want to reset it, instead of using the Windows 10 Reset, why not use the HP Factory Restore application, it should be located on your Start Menu - the alphabetical list - scroll down to the HP suite of apps and look
for recovery . . .

As you have a laptop, ensure that the laptop is not running on battery and the power cable is plugged in to the socket.
