Windows 10: Locked out due to BitLocker

Hello,After restarting my PC earlier today, I was locked out due to BitLocker. Unfortunately, I'm currently unable to retrieve the recovery key because I recently changed phone numbers when moving back to the U.S., and my Microsoft account is under a 30-day security update restriction.I'm hoping to explore any alternative options to resol

Bitlocker frequently locking computers

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately these suggestions don't really fit our needs. We want to use BitLocker and don't want to disable it. The problem we have is that it locks some of our computers from time to time. Ideally we will make use of BitLocker but not have it blocking our computers.

I have tried:

1. Turning off BitLocker
   
2. Installing all Driver and Windows Updates
   
3. Turning BitLocker back on again
   

Maybe this will help. We will wait and see.

My start sceen is locked by bitlocker

This issue might have occurred due to incorrect settings. I would suggest you to check whether auto bit lock is turned on or off and check if it helps.

• Right click on the start menu
• Click control panel
• All control panel items
• Bit locker encryptions
• Turn off auto bit lock.
