Windows 10: Blue Screen Of Death Fix… Driver Verifier

I have bought my daughter her computer 5 months ago. She brought it to my attention that a blue screen kept popping up and restarting the computer every few minutes. I have tried all problem solving solutions I could with no results is HP Laptops just trash? I have went through command prompt and safe mode and even tried to factory reset and it runs into issues. The blue screen says Driver verifier at the bottom with a QR code to scan.. should i get rid of this new laptop or is there hope to fix it?

Driver verifier caused a blue screen of death loop

Today morning I was trying to use pc , as I had online classes I needed to attend, the pc kept freezing and after following a few steps over the internet I get this message about a memory error, I follow further instructions to fix this error and end up
in driver verifier, I didn’t know I had to make a restore point and carried on with the instructions to verify the drivers, I was told to restart and ever since I have done so, I’ve been stuck in a blue screen of death loop(stop code loop), I tried so many
things such as resetting my pc and startup repair but it wouldn’t work, I tried going into safe mode but it wouldn’t allow me to do so, please help i don’t know what to do anymore

Along with the suggestion provided by ZigZag, try the steps below.

If you see the blue screen only after sign-in
and you can see a mouse cursor:

• While at the black screen, try using CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to start Task Manager.
  
• If it becomes visible, try finding LockAppHost.exe on the Details tab and ending the task.
  
• If this resolves the blue screen, use corruption resolution steps (dism, then sfc), and run the all apps PowerShell command.

To uninstall a driver refer the steps below.

  Press Windows Logo Key+X. Click On
  Device Manager.
