Windows 10: Game application glitches out, tabs out, or glitches out on click

As stated in the title; When I'm playing a game like Minecraft: Java Edition for example, the application would flicker as I clicked.I already tried all of the usual stuff like checking for updates, setting compatibility modes, doing clean boots, disabling startup apps, etc.This issue also applies to adobe products like animate, premiere pro, photoshop, and media encoder.

Visual glitch

Help! My friends pc (newly rebuilt) is having problems with a visual and a microphone glitch. The only way to describe the visual glitch is a weird screen tear on applications (video included), the glitch doesn’t happen on in game but only in certain applications (steam, discord, etc.) and usually when you scroll on something. Nokia N97 Glitches - screen, applications, calls, email.

I have had my nokia n97 since July 2009. The issues I have had since are:

• The Lock Switch does not unlock the screen or turn on the screen immediately. I have to at times slide the switch 4 to 5 times to get the homescreen light up and to unlock.
• When I select an application to load (e.g. emails or Ovi Store), the application will load and then it will terminate the loading and bring back the homescreen again. At times I have to select the applications twice before it will open properly.
• The screen every now and then would glitch and make the screen black. The phone is still on, but I cannot see the screen - this also occurs when I am making a 5min call. This also sometimes occur when I am receiving an incoming call, the phone is still
  ringing but I cannot see the screen.

Since downloading the new firmware recently (Nov 2009), the glitches still remain - but it occurs more frequently nowadays. I have tried to restore the phone to it's factory settings and it still glitches. I also restored the phone and left it as it is (not
installing other applications e.g. Windows Live Messenger, games) but it still glitches.



Is this a common thing with the Nokia N97? or is it just this handset?

glitching screen and glitching videos

Hello,

Recently my laptop screen started to freckle\glitch while playing videos either on the internet or on my laptop so I followed steps suggested as to uninstall and re-install the graphics update however, it happened again not so long after I did that (1 day later) and I fixed the display and so it stopped but the videos appear to be glitched? like I could see the RGB (there is a color stroke that appears ONLY while watching videos and I tried to take a screenshot and while trying to trim the photo I found it looking normal so it's only via videos

I'm using HP ENVY Laptop - DESKTOP -LUQEG7V
