Windows 10: Cant receive verification code

I tried to add my wife’s login to my laptop with windows 11, it said it will send verification code to my wife’s email, but I never received it. I tried to use her email, mobile phone to receive the code, but the problem persists. I also try to install Microsoft authenticator apps from her iphone, but we still cant receive the verification code. We have checked the junk mail box.What might be the problem?

Receiving wrong verification code to verify email

• How are you trying to verify the email?
  

However, you can try using other options to request the verification code i.e. requesting the code over a call or as a text to your phone number and see if that helps in resolving the issue.
