    Local Disk C: Space Issue

    The space is most likely the pagefile, the hibernation file, and System restore

    The Pagefile can be shrunk if needed in the control panel (wouldn't recommend doing that on windows 7/Vista though)

    The hibernation file can be removed but it will stop you using hibernate

    System restore can be removed with disk cleanup

    Extend System Reserved space in windows 10

    Dear Experts,

    I have upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10. How do I extend System reserved volume from 100MB to 1GB.

    I tried to do it with tools like "Disk Management" and "Windows PowerShell Admin)". The partition "C drive" is next to "System Reserve". So even if I shrink C Drive (by 3GB) and make available "unallocated space", it does not allow to extend System Reserve space.

    Request to help and guide how to Extend System Reserved space from 100 MB to 1GB.
