    My Lenovo Ideapad requires a window login code to start but it's not sending the code to my email to login, how do I fix this? I've been through Microsoft's self help guide but it doesn't work for me. The laptop alos won't boot into safe mode. This has come after it needed a Bitlocker Key to be entered to restart the laptop.
