I have seen a charge in my bank account billed for Microsoft business account. I don’t have any active subscriptions so don’t know how I’m being charged for it. Maybe someone else is using my card details.

I received a charge to my CC account recently for $21.24 to MS. The description says “One Month”. How can I double check if this is a legitimate charge? I don’s see any items listed as purchases or subscriptions when i log in.

Microsoft keeps trying to charge my account for a PC game pass(beta) subscription I cancelled months ago, and today they charged my account again but this time it went through and is pending. I want a refund and for you to stop charging my account for something
i cancelled 4 months ago.
