Windows 10: Black screen and mouse on a fresh install.

Installed widows 11 many times now.After installing network drivers, it auto updates Windows during the install, no option to skip.After it does, seems to work fine for a moment, then screen goes black with only a mouse showing.Restarting results in more of the same, never progressed to login pageSafe mode suggests update it required, but otherwise does nothingRunning off integrated graphics.B650MRyzen 9 7900RTX5060 8GBFurthest I've gotten was logged in, about to install graphics drivers, before it black screened.Any suggestions or options to try are greatly appreciated. Otherwise my next step

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard

 

Mouse Pointer in Fresh Paint

As of now, there is no option to disappear mouse pointer and turn into a dot or circle.I suggest you to use feedback inside the fresh paint app and give feedback regarding this.

Please follow the steps below:

• Open fresh paint.
• Click on hub(the three lines, in top left corner).
• Click on settings.
• Click on send feedback.

Windows 10 infinite restart black screen


The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
