Windows 10: PC slowing down after it's beeing use for a little while

If anyone knows why my PC is slowing down after usage for about 10 mins? Right after start it's fine but after some time, apps start to take a long time to open, PC is freezing in games and everything's just slower. My SSD i think is fine, i have windows 11, 16GB of ram, a 256GB SSD witch the system's on. I was thinking of reinstaling Windows 11 but if anyone knows what to do without reinstaling, please let me know.Thanks.
