Windows 10: PIN is broken.

So recently I have been trying to log into my Google account via my Windows Hello PIN. Now this has usually almost 100% worked in the past. I don't know why it's not working now. I recently had gotten my Google account hacked by Moroccan hackers and usually I would go to Windows Hello PIN to fix it. However, there is no textbox for me to input the PIN, it just shows: Please sign into google.com for this, From Msedge. Please help me because if I cannot get this back, I do not want to lose my Google account nor do I want to abandon using Windows Hello which has helped me in the past.

Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar

Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.

 

Forgotten PIN and expired password

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.

PIN at start up

I suggest you to follow the below steps how to Change PIN password:

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then Click on accounts.
• Then on the left hand side click on sign in options.
• Then you can Select Change PIN password and remove the pin.
