Windows 10: url blocking doesnt works in windows 2016 datacenter

Discus and support url blocking doesnt works in windows 2016 datacenter in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; i blocked special urls from Defender portal and it blocked in every VMs, It works correctly in every server, Except for 2 servers.     url blocking doesnt works in windows 2016 datacenter


    i blocked special urls from Defender portal and it blocked in every VMs, It works correctly in every server, Except for 2 servers. They are Windows 2016 Datacenter, and all configurations are same. Here i show status:EnableNetworkProtection, AllowNetworkProtectionOnWinServer, AllowNetworkProtectionDownLevel, AllowDatagramProcessingOnWinServeAll of them are true
