Windows 10: Computer stuck in a boot loop

So I recently wanted to move from windows 10 to 11 and the last thing I needed to us to allow secure booth and secure booth needed a UEFI bios so I changed it from legacy to UEFI and that was the last thing that I did before my computer being stuck restarting over and over again and it doesn't even load into bios or give some kind of a display. I kind followed some kind of a tutorial and got out the step: 4 task: 1 and then this happened. I think it's something with the motherboard but I don't know what so if someone will help me it would be great.Motherboard: prime h310-plusIntel CPU, windows
