Windows 10: How do I delete dummy files and clear up space on my computer?

I'm an Artist and animator, so I bought myself a gaming computer that has a 1tb SSD added to it. Only issue is when I was clearing up space I may have deleted some programs incorrectly, and now I have logoless programs– primarily games and an older version of a program, that are taking up space I need for my art. I am even running low on scratch disk space for my art also.How do I do a deep and fast deletion? That isn't a factory reset.Legion Tower 5 gaming computer

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type %temp%.
• Hit Enter.
• Press Ctrl A, to highlight everything.
• Hit Delete.

Accidentally Cancelled An Update - Which files can be removed to clear space

• Right-click start and choose "Run" then type cleanmgr ("cleanup manager") and click OK.
• If asked to choose a drive, pick your C: drive (or wherever Windows is installed).
• In the popup, ignore everything and click the "Clean up system files" button. Don't miss this step.
• Now you can select all the update-related stuff above to clear it out (or clear it all, all of it is safe to remove if you want to free space).
