Windows 10: Why am i not receiving verification code to sign into account?

I'm trying to sign in to the Microsoft Store on a different device, but it's asking for a verification code that should be sent to my email. However, I’m not receiving the code. The same issue happens when I try signing in through the Authenticator app—it says it sent a code to my email, but nothing arrives. I can sign in through a browser, but I can’t access the Microsoft Store app or the Xbox app. How can I fix this?
