Windows 10: Error found in Event Viewer after OS upgrade from 2019 standard to Win OS 2022 Standard.

Hi.I would like to seek help regarding on our recent OS Upgrade from 2019 to Win 2022.I found error logs in Event View.OpenService. Error 5:Access is deniedUnable to set maxstoptime parameter, cannot open service wrapper.Could you help me with this?Thank you

Downgrade Windows Server Standard 2022 to 2019

Hi team,

If we purchase Windows Server Standard 2022 (perpetual license) in CSP, can we downgrade it to 2019 version?

How to activate Windows 2019 Server Standard Evaluation OS using Windows 2019 standard license from Volume license center

We installed Windows 2019 standard Evaluation version OS. Now we cant activate this OS with paper license. Spoke to Microsoft technical team and they are asking apply retail or OEM license here. Will it Work? Kindly Advise.

 

OS upgrade error - Windows server 2019 to WIndows server 2022 - In place upgrade method

I've been trying to upgrade the OS of my Windows instance from 2019 to the Windows Server 2022 version using the In-place upgrade method. I've attached a volume containing Windows 2022 installation media to the instance and performed the update. But the upgrade failed showing the following error:

How can I overcome this issue?

I upgrade the drivers first and afterward upgraded the domain controller schema to the latest as the server is hosting a domain controller.
Next, I attached the volume containing Windows 2022 installation media to the instance. Then I ran the following command on PowerShell to perform the upgrade:

The installation proceeds after selecting the version but the installation failed after some time.
