Windows 10: Upgrading motherboard from a prebuilt PC which had windows 10 installed, will I have to...

I bought a prebuilt PC in 2018 with windows 10 preinstalled and every component has been upgraded except for my motherboard, which I'm now doing. It's an AMD motherboard, as is my current one, but the chipset is B550 compared to A320. Will I have to reinstall windows or is there any paths of less resistance, I don't feel like reinstalling hundreds of gigabytes of games that much, but if necessary I can. What steps will I have to take after replacing the motherboard in terms of software and games so that they will work? Or is it a simple plug in the new motherboard, use a new license key to act

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?

Changing motherboard of a prebuilt pc and regarding windows 10 in it

Hi,

So I have bought a gaming prebuilt pc with windows 10 preinstalled already. Also contains m.2 ssd and HDD. Checked that it is OEM_DM channel from command prompt. The windows 10 itself is installed on to the m.2 ssd 256 gb. My question is that I am planning to upgrade the prebuilt motherboard (rebranded mATX ROG STRIX"https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/18528949...Gst6hEbEsZeiGEEHoUaAnRlEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds") to an MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX II ATX,

1. Can I use the windows 10 on the m.2 ssd for my new motherboard (I do have linked my Microsoft account to the digital license windows 10 and from what I have been researching, that with windows 10 version 1607 and above, it is possible to do so without buying another license or is it???)

2. if yes, then how can I wipe and clean the ssd (remove files and the windows 10 in it) as I want to do a fresh windows 10 install on my new motherboard

3. how can do I reinstall windows 10 on my m.2 ssd from the new motherboard?

I will be using the m.2 ssd, hdd, gpu, cpu etc. from the prebuilt and will only be changing the motherboard
