Windows 10: "How do I stop my phone from trying to connect to my desktop? My Bluetooth is off.

I am a therapist and I want to close my screen when I'm with a client but 2 windows keep popping up and flashing while I'm with clients, making it very distracting.

Fault trying to share photos from phone to laptop via Bluetooth


While waiting for replies I solved this - in Windows 10 by the following steps where -> means click/select.

1. Start -> Settings-> Devices -> Bluetooth.
2. At this point ensure Bluetooth is on and device you wish to make the transfer from is listed and paired.
3. At the bottom of the same page under Related Settings -> Send or receive files via Bluetooth -> Receive files.
   
4. The Waiting for connection page appears stay on this page and initiate the transfer from your device.
5. The file is being received window appears with a progress bar when this is complete you will be asked where to save the file and Finish

It appears these steps have to be performed for each individual file transferred therefore I've pinned the Settings window with Bluetooth selected to the task bar.

 

Listen to Android phone's music from desktop headphone

How to listen to [Android phone's music] from [a headphone that is connected to a Windows 10 desktop] without internet connection?
I have an Android phone (Pixel 3a) with YouTube Music installed on it.

When I don't have internet connection, I want to be able to wear my headphone, which is connected to my desktop (Windows 10) and listen to both my desktop's audio (for example, game sound) and the music playing on my phone (for example, music that is available only on the phone's YouTube Music offline downloaded folder).

How can I achieve this?

Note:

• I searched on the internet and it seems like Windows 10 doesn't have bluetooth support by default that support audio streaming from phone to PC. People seems to be able to install a different bluetooth driver and get it to work, but I can't get it to work. (if you can get it to work please list the exact step)

6. Restart Your Phone:

   • As a last resort, you can try resetting the network settings on your phone, but be aware that this will also reset your Wi-Fi and cellular settings. You can usually find this option in your phone's settings under "Network" or "Reset."
