Windows 10: Color Profile issue with multiple monitors

Hello.I have an issue that has been bugging me for a while and that seems to be due to a poor management of color profiles in Windows 11.I have a main monitor Alienware AW3423DWF, on Displayport as well as my TV samsung QN90D on HDMI both plugged in my computer, though I never use both at the same time for the computer.In windows I have settings set to "PC screen only" rather than duplicate or extend. And I either turn on one or the other depending on which I wanna use.I have used the Windows HDR calibration tool to create an HDR profiles for each.And technically these should apply to thei

new monitor shows using color profile of monitor number ?

.got the new benQ 32 inch monitor which is supposed to have great color out of the box. so Im wanting to use its profile. however I have a monitor number 2 that uses a callibrated profile for that monitor. in display the profile listed for the new monitor is also the old profile. see attached pic. so how can I disconnect that old profile from the new monitor and use the new monitor's native profile?

 

Windows Color Management Issue

With the issue you're having with your display color, I suggest that you calibrate. There may have been settings that is causing the issue and resetting them may solve this. Follow these steps:

1. Press Windows key on your keyboard, type Calibrate display color.
2. Follow the on screen instructions.

If the issue will not somehow improve, try to check with your monitor's color settings just to be sure.

Also, I'd like to clarify what monitor is having the issue with its display going to the 'other monitor'? I'd also like to ask for help in isolating the issue. Try to use the monitors one-by-one or have them pair up with one another. Like have BenQ paired
with Asus then have Alienware paired with Asus etc.

Update me if there were improvements.

 

Windows 10 Multiple Monitor Colours

I haven't used that because I am using a Spyder 5 color calibrator. I has made a profile for each monitor individually and windows is loading those profiles correctly when both monitors are on. When the primary monitor is on it uses the profile from the
other monitor. Also I have tried it multiple times, with default profiles. Re running the calibrator and multiple combinations of each. It always has the same effect. Thanks for the suggestion though, I appreciate any help
