Windows 10: Clipchamp exported video stutter

Clipchamp exported video stutter. No editing done, simply converting MOV to MP4. Short clips usually less than 20 seconds. Laptop Is a Lenovo ThinkPad P1 gen 7, so I don't think that hardware is the problem.

Why whenever I try to export a video using clipchamp it doesn't even start before it crashes. It's a 9 minute video on windows 11
