Windows 10: False Positive WIndows Defender Alert - How to officially whitelist applications.

Hi,I created StreamDeck plugin for an Autoclicker which I deleveloped myself. This plugin was published on the Elgato Marketplace. The plugin already had thousands of users that were able to use it without any issues. Unfortunately around April a Windows Defender Update caused the plugin to be classified as Malware. This caused the plugin to be uninstalled from the users devices and now the Plugin was also taken of the Marketplace, since Elgato was flooded with too many tickets. To get the Plugin published again, it would need to be whitelisted. I'm assuming that this is because the program

Windows Defender Bug - False Positive

Thank you for posting your request for help. Based on your description, I understand that you have already submitted the false positives for the application you are using on your own computer, and the problem no longer occurs on your computer. However, other computers in your company have not submitted this feedback, so the issue of false positives in Windows Defender still exists in other computers. I would like to offer you the following solution to your problem:

• Please ask the members of your workgroup to follow your process to submit the false positives once in their computers.
  

• If you are the IT person in your company or you can contact your IT person, you can try to submit the file in Submit files in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint so that the devices under your company's domain will no longer receive the threat alerts caused by the secure exe file after receiving the false positives submission. How to report FALSE Positive ?

I have my own application (created by me) which created 10 year ago, been using it with no issue.

but recently Microsoft Defender trigger it as Trojon which is FALSE POSITIVE but as personal MS user, i don't seem like able to FIND way to report FALSE positive.

I know i can whitelist it but we have 9000 community USER which not everyone know how to whitelist.

 

Windows Defender False Positive Alert

We are a small software firm who products hotel management softwares. In these days, sometimes, windows defender alerting the Win32/Spursint.A!cl trojan when we donwnload our setup files, but sometimes not. we installed many different antivirus program and
scan our setup packages and servers, re-prepare and re-scan packages many times. But none of them found trojan or virus.

Also, sometimes windows defender could not found trojan, when we download same setup files, but sometimes said trojan found.

I think it s a false positive. How can we solve this problem?
