Windows 10: I have an HP Laptop. I can't sign in with my PIN and I am having trouble getting a new one....

None of the sign - in options are working. I don't know what else to say and Microsoft isn't helpful.

I keep getting a sign in option to change my pin when I go to sign inn. says my pin cant be found & to change it . cant access to really do any trouble shooting. Been trying to reslove this for weeks

I keep getting a sign in option to change my pin when I go to sign inn. It just says that my pin cant be found & to change it . not able to get into laptop at all! So cant access to really do any trouble shooting. Been trying to correct this for weeks. I've tried every suggestion I've seen. I have an HP laptop running windows 10. One thing I noticed was most people were able to get into there pc to do alot of the steps suggested. keeps looping back to sign in screen, thats says my pin is unavailable to create another one and the same thing over and over. Thank you in advance for any help I can get

Win10/HP Pavillion - PIN "unavailable"

Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

Suggestions?.

 

Pin sign in not working with Toshiba Satellite laptop

Opened a new account as suggested. Created a new pin. Restarted and it still did not work. My wife also logged into my Toshiba laptop and did not have the pin option either. Both of us have no problems signing in with pins on our other HP Touchscreen
and on the Surface II. This problem has existed with the Toshiba laptop for about 4 months at least.
