The system is not synchronized the actual time and it displays previous system shutdown times. As a result, like WhatsApp are not functioning properly.

Can I display Shutdown time (set by a server) on the System Tray?

I work with an admin of a large Windows 10 based network at a public library. For public machines, I had an idea to have a message permanently displayed on the System Tray detailing the time the computers will turn off. Lets say computers are all scheduled to shut down at 5:00 pm, in the System Tray, there would be a permanent display of Shutdown Time: 5:00 pm. This setting would be managed by a server, maybe even a Group Policy. Shutdown times will also vary based on the day, as there are different shutdown times on weekdays vs weekends.

1. Is this even possible?
2. How could I go about doing something like this?
