Windows 10: My browser app is blocked, and says I need to ask to get it unblocked from a family member.

I never joined Microsoft family saftey and it doesn't even say im in a family, so who blocked it? I can't remove myself from any group cause im not in one? I need someone's help cause that browser has alot of things important, this is not an opera problem.

broken "family member needs to sign in"

Parental controls stopped working. Family.Microsoft.com has alert: "Your family member needs to sign in to their Windows 10 device AngLaptop2014 for family features to work.

But the "how to fix this" says

• Select Accounts > Family & other people
• Under Your family, select your family member, then select Allow
• Have your family member sign in with their Microsoft account if asked to

And the steps don't apply. The account is already allowed, and there is no option to change that.

Now what???

 

Opera GX Browser blocked by MS Family.

On my PC, I use Opera GX as my default browser. I had a few problems with it, so I uninstalled, then reinstalled the app. It has now started blocking it through MS Family, even though it didn't before. If you 'Ask a parent', then it only gives the option
to grant a certain amount of time using the app, and not to unblock it completely. This is a completely harmless internet browser, and MS Family is restricting me from using it, probably because it wants me to use Edge, which I don't like at all.
How do I unblock this app permanently from being restricted?

 

How to block apps for a family member account

I want to block certain apps for my child's MS family account. Everyone says to do this under the "Apps, games & media" setting for family children account. However, I cannot find anyplace on that page to add apps I want to block.

If anyone knows the specific answer, please let me know.

In fact, I removed "Chrome" from the list of blocked apps, but now I don't see how to add it back.
