Windows 10: Search box on both screens

Hi. I need to make the search bar be full featured search box on both screens. As of now, if I select full search box, it's only on the main screen / main status bar if I move it. The second one will only have the search icon.From what I know - this is possible, and I had it that way previously. It reset for some reason when I had the Explorer process freeze and restarted. I'm inferring that it can be fixed via the registry - the question is how.I am attaching an image with proof of what it looked like. It happened with no Windows updates, no reboots, I don't understand the cause.

  Right click on the task bar.
  
• 
  Go to Cortana.
  
• 
  Click on show search box.
  

Now check if you are able to find search box.

and check. Please follow these steps:

• Right click on Start and select Control panel.
• Find troubleshooting and click on it.
• Click "View all" and then click "Search and Indexing".
  
  Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.

This issue may occur due to corrupt Windows search files or settings.

I would suggest you to run search and indexing troubleshooter
and check if it helps. Please follow these steps:

a. Type troubleshooting in the search box on taskbar.

b. Click troubleshooting in the search results.

c. Click "View all" and then click "Search and Indexing".

d. Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.
