Windows 10: random black window that i cant close until i find out the process, has this happened before?

so i updated from windows 10 to 11 after having instability issues previously among other things, so i decided to update to windows 11 again to see if my experience is the same or not, well now im having whatever this potentially is, i have no idea where or what is causing this, i checked task manager, just for me to find out its coming from any software that has the option to 'minimize to taskbar' upon closing. which is now annoying since i have NO IDEA how to fix this, i might just downgrade back to windows 10 again... tldr:black box when i close an app with minimize to taskbar enabled and

Random black screens happening

So lately whenever i startup my PC i noticed that right before i put in my PIN i get like a random 1 second black screen. Sometimes it happens even after i log in and i get multiple blackscreens but they all last like maybe 1-2 seconds. I do have an adapter from my VGA monitor connected to my GTX 1660 SUPER and sometiems i get a random black flicker in the above side off the display but the image is still there. I know that flicker is from the adapter. But are the random black screens as well caused by the adapter ? I checked GPU temps and rest of the hardware temps and they're all good. Anyone know what's happening ?

I have tried everything to fix this, but it still happens.
Is this a common issue? I can't be the only one out there with this problem.

I'm experiencing RANDOM black screens. It can happen anytime. It doesn't happen super often, but it happens. The thing is that my laptop is unreliable since I'm using it for teaching purpose online. This is upsetting, especially because I have got a very good system. I love my laptop, it works great, there's only this out of nowhere every once in a while sudden black screen issue that totally pisses me off. Is it because of Windows 10??? I have had this problem right off the bat as I got my laptop. It came with pre-installed Windows 10 Home edition. I have tried everything they suggest on the internet. Uninstalling / reinstalling drivers, changing power settings, changing contrast settings and whatever else they suggest.
