Windows 10: Cant map a drive in Windows 11, asking for Username and Pin Dont have one for this environment

Got a new laptop, trying to connect to my local network to get my projects, Cant Map the drive, keeps asking for username and Pin, dont use them on this system. When I set up the new laptop, I used my Windows account name and password.

I have remote desktop working so I am not sure any settings are wrong.

But when adding a mapped drive the credentials only asked for a pin using the window's 11 email and pin. This is a new issue and not the same as past experiences or any article or directions found online.

How to I get Windows 11 to allow me to map a visible network drive without it asking me for an email and PIN that don’t appear to be linked to my PC or microsoft account?

I am attempting to connect to my NAS via mapping a network drive under PC Map Network Drive, but windows 11 keeps asking for an email and PIN instead of my actual network drive credentials that I have used in windows 10. The PIN does not appear to be the one I set up to enter Windows 11. And the email and password are not my Microsoft account I used to set up windows.
