Ctrl-Alt-Del not working at login screen

I have a Panasonic Toughpad running Windows 10 Pro that has recently stopped accepting Ctrl-Alt-Del at the login screen. I press the key combo and it flickers like it is going to the login prompt but it just goes back to the screen telling me to press ctrl-alt-del to unlock the computer. I have tried restarting, safe-mode, startup repair, different keyboards, and nothing works. This computer is on an AD domain so I can not disable ctrl-alt-del. Any help would be appreciated.

Excellent and good to hear. *Smile

Although you suggest that the ctrl-alt-del is working, it isn't getting you where you need to go. That to me says, not working. There's not much point of debating semantics, let's focus on getting what you need. *Smile

I was suggesting you try the process identified in that link in post #4 in order to access the bios settings. Once in there, investigate the possibility of disabling the ctrl-alt-del process to logon.

If that's of no use, create a bootable USB stick on another PC, change the boot order in your bios to boot from the USB and hopefully that will get you to an Administrative Command Prompt.

From an Administrative Command Prompt, type Code:
    + enter.

    Ctrl Alt Del, Vista

The whole Ctrl+Shift+Esc should be used to get that crazy screen with those options and Ctrl+Alt+Del should bring up TM.
