Windows 10: I forgot my laptop password

I forgot my laptop password & i tried multiple ways to recover it but none worked as it is asking for bitlocker recovery code which i didn't get while i was setting up my laptop.Please help me get out this problem.I don't want to loose my data

Forgot password....

I changed my aunts password on her laptop and I forgot it.

I tried opening up a cmd sheel and tried net user, but her name doesnt show up on the network. How can I change if from the bios or something?
