Windows 10: Help with bit lock and rest pc

Hey there I am having an issue with my hp pc when I put the bit lock code in it clears then I wil try to factory data rest my computer when doing so it tells me that it ran in to a problem and then it won't let me rest my computer at all I do the process over again I enter the bit lock key again go to recover screen try to clean and rest but same issue it's tell me there was a problem so as of right now I'm stuck on the blue option screen and don't know what to do and this all start with playing fort nighr then all of the sudden my lap top shut down or crashed and this is what happen it takes

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

Do you mean that you have got the 32-bit install media, or that you have now upgraded to 32-bit Windows 10?

To make the 64-bit media on a bootable USB (you'll need to boot from it to do a clean install) run the Media Creation Tool and follow Option One in this tutorial...
Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10

at step 4 select 'Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC'
at step 5 untick 'Use the recommended options for this PC'
at step 6 choose 'Architecture: 64-bit (x64)'
(don't change the language or edition, those are already correct for this PC)

then follow the rest of the instructions until you have made the USB.
