    when I click on Epson scan I get a window where the options at the bottom is Help, Configuration, and Close, I couldn't go any further. Previously I had Epson software installed in my windows 10 PC, I had no problem scanning, but when I purchased Lenovo AIO windows11 PC this problem arisen, I need help

    epson printer problems

    Hi I hope this is the right forum. I have an Epson xp-405 printer up until now I have had no problems with it, it is wireless so I don't have a cable to the pc, the pc is wired to the router. I formatted my system as it didn't feel right and I had a couple of blue screens, anyway everything went okay installed everything plus all windows updates used the disk to install the printer as it downloads all the latest drivers and programs but when I tried to print with it I got this message---- Failed to communicate with the printer check that it is turned on and connected to the printer, when I done a troubleshooter from windows it could not find my printer. help I use my printer a lot. regards

    epson aio wf840 issues with windows 10

    when the upgrade occurred all systems were fine, I've printed to the aio but yesterday I had a need to scan a photo. no scanner drivers and looking at the properties of the printer it was using embedded drivers from the Windows 10 load. so up to Epson
    I went and download the drivers package for Epson workforce 840 and windows 10 64bit (epson15189.exe). the printer has worked properly wirelessly so I started to load the drivers, when I got to the step of network connections issues. couldn't find the printer,
    try again found the printer but then the printer and scanner drivers weren't loaded. seems like the embedded drivers are overriding the Epson specific driver... I'm stumped.
