Windows 10: So i have created account on my pc and microsoft created new account for outlook and...

i already tried creating new password but i cant, they also want me to write code from the authentication app but i dont have access to it. The new account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. i cant basically use my pc

Yea, I would create a local account and just use your school account to login to Outlook and Onedrive.

SO today my friend asked me if i could post this question on the forum:



He wants to configure a outlook account with 1 email, with that outlook account he wants to run the same account in 2 diferent computers he wants the both computer to be connected in network, for example:

• he receives a email and that email is sent to each computer;
• he deletes a email from one computer and it also deletes on the other;
• he moves a email to a folder it also moves on the other computer;

Am unable to create a new user. Accounts -> Add someone else to this PC options is not working to create a new account.

Do not worry we will help you with this issue.

Try few of the troubleshooting steps below and check if it helps.

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer, sign-in and check with the status of this issue. As this might be a temporary issue.

Follow the below steps to create a new user account:

• Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on
  Control Panel.
• Select User Accounts, click on Manage another account.
• Select Add a new user in PC settings, click on
  Add someone else to this PC and follow onscreen instructions.
