Windows 10: Unable to Set or Change PIN in Windows 11 – No Option in Settings

I'm having an issue with Windows 11 where I'm unable to set up or change a PIN for signing in. When I go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, there's no option available to set or manage a PIN Windows Hello PIN. It's just missing entirely. Other sign-in options like password and security key are visible, but the change PIN option doesn't appear at all.Any help would be appreciated!Thanks in advance.

Unable to set PIN for log-in
