Windows 10: Зависает видео часть/The video part freezes

При использовании Windows 11 происходит хоть и нечастый, но крайне неприятный баг: вся видео часть системы, кроме курсора, зависает на одном кадре, от этого бага помогает лишь перезагрузка ПК через кнопку питания. Вследствие каких действий происходит данный баг, я так и не определил. When using Windows 11, an infrequent but extremely unpleasant bug occurs: the entire video part of the system, except for the cursor, freezes on one frame. The only way to get rid of this bug is to reboot the PC via the power button. I have not yet determined what actions cause this bug.

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
