    Surface Book 3 not working after the last update


    Hi everyone,I’m having serious trouble with my Surface Book 3 following a recent Windows update installed just a few days ago. The device was working fine before, but now it won’t start properly. Here’s what’s happening:Initially, after the update, I was getting a black screen, though the keyboard backlight was on and responsive.I left it alone for a day or two.Now, when I try to start it, nothing comes on the screen, and even the keyboard doesn’t respond anymore.It does charge, but I can’t get any display or activity.What I’ve already tried with no success:Holding Volume Up + Power for 15
