  1. Bottom of screen flickering at around 1s intervals

Hi all,I'm using Windows 10, i noticed that the bottom edge of my screen is flickering at like 1 second intervals. Its just like flicker, one second later, another flicker. I tried disabling the graphics driver for the PC and using the dedicated GPU, tried SFC scan and DISM too but to no avail. I do notice that if i open windows from say File Explorer, Outlook, and Edge, it would cause it to flicker more. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all

    :)
