Windows 10: WHY CANT I CREATE A NEW MICROSOFT ACCOUNT

I guess the title is pretty much self-explanatory but I'll describe it here anyway:I have three issues with the accounts:First, I can't create a new microsoft account due to a supposed "unusual activity"... See the screenshot below Second, I just can't connect to one of my accounts, even if my email and passwords are correct; when I get it right, it just tells me to verify my account by sending a code to my email. However, when I write my email and try to send the code to it, I just don't receive any code at all in my email... and I am just left there with no way to connect to that accoun

Creating a Microsoft account PIN

If you are unable to create a PIN for your Microsoft account, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

1.Reset Microsoft Account: Try resetting your Microsoft account password. You can do this using a third-party device such as a cell phone, tablet, etc. by going to the Microsoft Account Recovery page and following the instructions to reset your password. After resetting the password, restart the computer and try creating the PIN again.

2.I would suggest that you can refer to the steps in Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support to start your computer in safe mode.

Please create a new account in Safe Mode by following the steps below and see if the issue still persists under the new account.

• Search for CMD, then run it in administrator mode and enter the following command:
  

• After prompting the command to run successfully, enter the following command:
  

Note: USERNAME PASSWORD can be replaced with your desired account name and password, if you don't need a password you can leave out PASSWORD.

Restart your computer and log in to the system with the new account, if there is no problem under the new account, then bind your Microsoft account under the new account, if it can be successful, then this may be a malfunction of the account configuration file, please refer to the following article to transfer your information to the new account:Fix a corrupted user profile in Windows - Microsoft Support ((The steps for windows 11 are the same as windows 10, please refer directly to the steps for windows 10)

Creating or signing in to microsoft account

Hi Gloria,

The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."

We suggest that you follow the steps on this link to set up your Microsoft
Account on your device.

Unable to create new User account

  Are you logged in with a Microsoft account or Local account?

  Are you trying to create new user account using Administrator account?
